We got there around 18:30 and was able to get into our room around 21:00 after so much hassle with the security who refused to let us into the room because there was no room number. We then got refered to someone else who just screamed that we've been scammed. He called his wife who double checked abd found our booking but the room wasn't cleaned after the tenent checked out. She informed us that the cleaner did not come on the day. She asked for 30 minutes to clean and went on for an hour and more until we asked her husband to go check on her she said we can come. When we got there the floor was wet, she was still ironing the bed sheets, the bathroom was a mess, the storage rail was left in the bathtub, the bin and toilet cleaner was stuffed in the shower. It was a mess. She kept telling us different made up stories that the owners laptop has issues etc....I wouldn't advise anyone to book there, its horrible. The number on the website is for a completely different country, we couldn't even reach the owner. The instructions said we'd find keys at the reception, there's no reception, just rude security guards. We had to sit and wait on a bench for almost two hours. The service we got was disgusting honestly.

No tea, or coffee.. and we wont aware of that, no shower gel and shower caps in the bathroom
