La ubicación es excelente, muy espacioso

La ducha del baño en suit no se pudo utilizar ya que no salía agua caliente y el sofá cama se hundía

El colchón y los tendidos estaban llenos de sangre, se comunicó la novedad tanto a Booking como a For you Rentals, no solucionaron y tuvimos que dormir en la sala tres días muy incómodos porque la cama daba asco y por salubridad no pudo se usar. Solicito reembolso del dinero se pagó por el hospedaje.

Nous avions réservé pour 6 personnes mais nous avons eu des draps et des serviettes que pour 4 personnes. Malgré des messages à l'hôte nous n'avons eu aucune réponse......

O sofá cama realmente é desconfortável. Quando reservei já tinha lido isso nos comentários. Deveria ser mais firme o colchão ou a base do sofá cama ser trocado.

The check-in process was quite difficult and poorly communicated. Although the check-in time had been agreed for 1:00 PM, it was unclear when we would actually receive access to the apartment. Fortunately, upon our arrival at the scheduled time, a member of the cleaning staff was present and kindly allowed us to leave our luggage inside. However, we still had to wait an additional two hours before being able to fully access the apartment. While the property advertised internet access, the connection was weak and unreliable. I contacted the staff twice requesting assistance, but my messages were completely ignored. In contrast, they were prompt in reminding me to vacate the apartment strictly at 11:00 AM. After my departure, I realized that I had accidentally left my black raincoat in the apartment. Once again, my attempts to contact the staff through the official channel were ignored, forcing me to reach out via WhatsApp. Even then, after two days, I received no response regarding my lost item, and I have little expectation of recovering it. The street where the apartment is located is reportedly considered unsafe due to the number of people around; however, I did not personally find it to be dangerous. Additionally, basic kitchen utensils such as glasses and other items are quite limited in the apartment. On a positive note, the cleaning staff were very kind and helpful. Overall, due to the lack of communication and poor support from the management, I cannot recommend staying at this property.
