Spacious House Close to Royal Derby Hospital, Free Parking & Garden

- The compactness! Everything was available - Beds were comfortable! - Everything we needed was there - TV, so many choices - Steve was available whenever.

- The en-suite shower was cold, but wasn’t a problem as we used the main bathroom.

All very good and we would stay again. Excellent communication from our host. Early check in really helped. Very comfortable and convenient for Derby attractions and the surrounding area.

Newish property sparsely furnished with en-suite bathroom and a downstairs toilet as well. Easy self check in. Good Seating space in kitchen, living room and outdoors. Hot water issues in main bedroom. Quiet area. Close to shops.

Spiderwebs and cobwebs. Stained carpet. Used bath towel left hanging in twin bed bedroom. Blinds throughout property need repairs or replacing- do not close properly and have gaps. Ill fitting toilet/small seat cover that moves and need skill to use it in upstairs family bathroom. Loose and shaking stairs rail. Toilet constantly flushing itself. Back garden untidy.
