The host and the location - great communication and great location.

We stayed in the middle of a heat wave and I specifically looked for places to stay that had AC. The description stated that the unit had AC, it was misleading as it was a plug in window unit and the apartment was extremely hot the whole stay. In addition the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. These elements made the stay not as comfortable as hoped.

The apartment was well appointed and ideally situated. The host provided excellent instructions. It was clean and welcoming.

Awesome host and apartment. Location is great: shops and restaurants nearby, bus to city center and Space needle right across the street, apartment looks exactly like on photos (except the coach, it is different but feels even more comfortable than the old one on the photos). Host is very helpful and responds in minutes.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen Stadtviertel mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Bus in die Innenstadt fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab. Der Zugang über eine App funktioniert prima. Es gibt eine gigantische Dachterrasse zur Mitbenutzung. Dort hat man Blick auf dem Mt. Rainier im Hintergrund, dort kann man grillen, in der Sonne liegen, es gibt eine Lounge-Ecke. Unbedingt mal vorbei gehen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit erreichbar und reagiert sofort auf Nachrichten.

Das Sofa war stylisch, aber nicht sehr bequem, einige Jalousien waren kaputt. Trotzdem würde ich bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in Seattle immer wieder diese Unterkunft wählen.

The apartment is very spacious for 2 ppl. Clean, modern, and lots of storage space. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Kitchen was useful. Loved the mobile key app. So efficient and safe. Located in a great neighborhood with lots of local shops coffee and restaurants. We met up with friends and to our surprise it was at Marjori restaurant about 500ft away! The food was amazing and even better we didn’t have to drive. Easy access to 5, 405, 520, and 90.

Who knew Seattle had heatwaves? Well, we learned the hard way when there was no central AC. We had a small portable AC unit in the bedroom but the hose isn’t built for the window size therefore the hot air blew back inside. The management was very responsive and tried to fix it but we survived and the following nights weren’t as hot.

Comfortable apartment in chill residential community with close food options. We had a great time. Thank you!

Main entrance next to the Lowrider Cookie Company and they close at 8pm. Get your cookies before you go out for the night. Lol.
