Good location, Nice and breezy room east facing to get good sunlight in the morning as well as evening. Second floor on a 3 story building, with easy stairs to climb up. Town is at walking distance of 7-8 minutes. Easy access to transport to connect to most places withing 1-1.5 km by road.

Basic need of a small fridge to keep perishable food items was missing. It's a must in any guest home. Kitchen could have been better equipped with cooking and eating utensils as such. Effort was made by host though to add some at my request. Secondly, on my request to extend my stay by 2 days, rent demand was hiked by more than 50% a day at which I had booked for past 9 days. Hence did not extend my stay there. Even though the place was not booked by anyone beforehand or thereafter. This may be looked into by Booking.com and standardized existing rent rate be charged for any extension of stay, based on availability.

Great customer focus 👍 I stayed there and prolonged the stay. The landlady is very friendly, kind and helpful. A problem with the shower has been solved in only one day. The host answered prompt to all messages.

Good value for money - booking extended. The landlady was very helpful even before I arrived. She responded promptly to all enquiries. If necessary, she also called back. The description of the accommodation on booking.com was correct. The flat was clean and well maintained. For this reason I also extended my stay in this accommodation.

Only the shower did partly not work properly.
