Disgusting! Arrived with my son at 9pm to be told they had overbooked. Let me inside as it was dark and cold, property was very dirty looking, I wouldn’t recommend anybody staying here. He said oh we can offer u a room, I advised I need to check the room 1st… glad I did looked like someone had just jumped out of a dirty scruffy bed, I would avoid this property so much

Very dirty, poor facilities. Kitchen was filthy and not well equipped. Bedroom’s and bed linen not clean.

Location

Very unclean. No handwash in the bathroom. I think the sheets were clean although they smelt odd. The mattress smelt of Body Odour. I had to try and sleep on one third of the bed to avoid the stench - had a terrible night sleep as a result. No towels or Wi-Fi. Front door incredibly squeaky so wakes you up every time opened. If I had time I would have found another place to stay. I spent a little time as possible in the accommodation.

Bedroom was ok.
