Elegant Escape apartment - free parking, easy access to City Centre

Veľmi útulné ubytovanie, čisté a dobre zariadené aj na dlhší pobyt, bezproblémové bezkontaktné ubytovanie aj odchod vďaka presným inštrukciám :)

W mieszkaniu wszystko co potrzebne, chociaż brakowało papieru toaletowego i nie znalazłam suszarki. Wygodne parkowanie blisko bloku i dużo sklepów w okolicy. Telewizor z dostępem do internetu.

Niestety mieszkanie bardzo brudne i zapuszczone. Okna mało przejrzyste, stare i niedoczyszczone garnki, zaplamione fronty szafek kuchennych i lodówki.

On the positive side, the bathroom was clean, the apartment itself was comfortable, and the location was convenient. Having a Lidl supermarket right next door was especially helpful during our stay. Communication with the host was easy, friendly, and efficient throughout our stay. We truly appreciated their prompt response and willingness to resolve the situation. Overall, while our first impression was disappointing due to the cleanliness issues and the broken hair dryer, we were pleased with how quickly the host took action to improve the situation.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the apartment did not meet our expectations upon arrival. We found a dead fly on the windowsill, a piece of women's underwear left in one of the drawers, noticeable dust on the light fixture above the kitchen table, and the kitchen area was generally quite dusty. There was also a small pile of swept-up debris left next to the refrigerator. In addition, the hair dryer provided in the apartment was broken and did not work. As soon as we arrived and noticed that the cleanliness did not meet our expectations, we contacted the host. The host responded quickly, apologized, and assured us that the issue would be addressed. As promised, the apartment was cleaned the very next day, and when we returned, it was noticeably cleaner and much more pleasant.
