We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal—close to local attractions, restaurants, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality. Rita and Bea were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our visit. They answered all our queries promptly and provided excellent guidance on local spots to visit, transport tips, and even dining recommendations. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Honestly, nothing! Everything about our stay was wonderful. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Rita and Bea were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We spent several wonderful days at Heartland Garden, staying with two couples, and were absolutely delighted with the apartment and the service. First of all, we would like to thank Rita - she met us personally, told us in detail about all the nuances of the apartment and helped us quickly find our way around. Such attention to guests is rare and it really created a very pleasant impression from the first minutes. The apartment is beyond praise: spacious, impeccably clean, with a beautiful and cozy interior. Clean linen and towels, as well as many thoughtful little things - from cotton pads and kitchen rags to seasonings - made the stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. Separately, we would like to note the excellent location - the area is quiet and calm, and the territory is guarded, which creates a feeling of safety and comfort. At the same time, there are shops and everything you need for everyday life nearby. During our entire stay, not a single problem arose - everything worked properly, and any issues were resolved quickly and with care. Many thanks to Rita for the warm welcome and care!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully done up.Bea and Rita were responsive immediately to all my queries.Rita received us so warmly and showed us around the place. She had equipped the house so thoughtfully thinking of even the minute needs of the guests. She organised the breakfast. It was not only well prepared but was also done exactly as per the discussed schedule. Rita did not once complain about the odd hour of our check-in and Bea generously allowed a very early check -in.
