Excellent property , larger than expected . Very clean . Quiet residential area but with lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance . We only stayed one night but would have liked to stay more .

There are additional charges such as linen , dogs , early / late check in so might be an idea to check these in advance as they can add considerably to the price . We were only notified on the day so the owner very kindly wavered them .

It was perfect, we travelled from Germany and it was worth it.A lovely little house big enough for 4 grown ups a very quiet road .Comfortable beds the kitchen had all we needed for our stay and the garden was super we spent an hour or so each day reading and watching the birds.Add to that the location just a few minutes to the beach and round the north Norfolk Coast, brilliant.We thank Theresa and her husband for a great holiday.

The two weeks were not enough, we would have liked to stay longer.

The property is spacious, all amenities covered, it was also very clean and comfortable.
