Lovely bungalow, very clean and spacious. Great location. Amazing hot tub in the garden.

The mattress was slightly too old, too soft.

very big kitchen and livin room garden was also nice and clean hot tub experience was good but could of been cleaner inside it as dirt was around da inside but no issue quick wipe down would say the time u have to turn hot tub off 10pm is early considering u can only enter property at 4pm but we was allowed to come at 3pm with no extra charge apart from that good experience

The property was spacious, and not overlooked at the back, modern, comfortable and perfect for us. So much so that we reserved again for next year while we were still there!

Location was perfect for our needs. We were able to visit family living nearby, the coast and Sandringham Woods.

Modern, clean and well decorated

Nothing about the property other than the hair dryer didn't work, but with the location only 1 pub within walking distance served food after 7pm and would have needed to book well in advance.

Quiet location. Dog friendly. Well equipped. Hot Tub. 2 double beds in bedroom 2. Full kitchen with wash/tumble driers. Deep stand alone bath. Family friendly. Child/Dog friendly garden

The location was perfect for exploring the Norfolk coast. I liked the extras such as eggs and milk in fridge, cereal,hot chocolate, coffee sachets and the smellies in the bathroom. It was very clean. I liked the seating area in the garden.

The WiFi was a bit temimental at times. The television in the living room.signal wasn't very good. I think that the king size bed needs changing, it was very low and the mattress squeaked everytime you moved so wasn't very comfortable.

Modern ans comfortable accommodation.

It was a lovely bungalow and had a nice outside area. Great location for exploring. Kitchen well equipped.

The pillows on the beds need replacing, very flat. I would prefer all charges to be upfront e.g. bedding/towels, hot tub use, early/late check in
