no bad smell when we open the door and go inside the house, good enviroment

First of all, when we opened the door and entered the house, the first thing that we saw was tidy, clean and comfortable. But after we put down our luggage, step on the floor we notice taht was sticky and the carpet was wet. Second, when I wanted to use the electronic kettle to boil water, I was shocked when I opened it. It smelled very bad and the bottom was burnt. The same goes for the rice cooker. It's so dirty that it makes people afraid to use it. The most important thing is that many ants around the house, especially the toilet. Toilet paper was not prepared. When I told the host, he just said perfunctorily that the cleaner forgot prepared and told us to buy it ourselves and claim the money back.
