Dopo due rampe di scale ultra ripide ci aspettavamo almeno una bottiglia d’acqua in frigo e 3 cialde per il caffè oltre al divano letto aperto per il terzo ospite; in un cassetto della camera vi era biancheria intima di qualche ospite; vi era solo uno split dell’aria condizionata ed era in una posizione non funzionale.

Location! Easy walk to and from train station, dining & shopping inside the walls, comfort & style inside, less touristy part of Lucca. Was exactly what we were looking for and would return.
It’s not that we didn’t like it, but be advised that the steps leading up to the apt door are very steep. Could be a challenge for some.

"We had a lovely stay in a lovely modern apartment, bonus was being so close to the Summer Festival"

Lovely apartment. Stairs up to apartment quite steep when you have a heavy case but that is to be expected in the older buildings in Lucca.
