Poggio Paradiso Resort & Spa

This is an exceptional hotel in an exceptional location. The breakfast was excellent and beautifully served in the garden, offering an incredible view of the landscape. The personnel were very helpful and friendly. We toured several small cities in Tuscany, and among all the locations and hotels, this one stood out as the best by far. I can only recommend it further.

The service was top notch. Luigi was an incredible host that made our whole vacation perfect. Service at the restaurant was supreme as well. The property is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We are already planning our next trip.

The location on Booking.com brought us up a dirt mountain.

Loved the rustic exterior of this property and the recently refurbished rooms. Handy position as we were able to make the hotel a base for our Tuscan sightseeing. Great pool and area surrounding and the view from the exterior dining area provided a beautiful backdrop. The restaurant managed brilliantly by Marco was fabulous for breakfast and dinner. Marco always made us feel like old friends with his large personality, humorous banter and his knowledge of wines and music. A special mention to Pierro who was exceedingly helpful, thoroughly engaging and a genuinely lovely soul. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him when assisting us and we truly valued his warm and friendly demeanour. Paolo and Eramania (sp?) also added to the joy of being in the bar/restaurant and contributed to creating a very memorable stay for us. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property.

The aircon was somehow inefficient and would not drop below 25degrees. With the outside temperature around 35 degrees it was unpleasant in the room. Needs to be addressed.

We did not want to leave the property. The staff were incredible, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We felt this stay was a perfect 2 nights to take a break from the hectic travel days and busy city's. The rooms are beatiful, modern and the breakfast was delicious.

The whole experience was perfect. I could not fault the staff they where helpful and attentive. The whole place was immaculate, clean, calm amd perfect.

I loved the view from breakfast, outside overlooking Tuscan hills. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean, as well as having everything we would need in them. Would 100% come again !

Only issue is if you need to get a taxi in this area it is very pricey, though this is not the fault of the hotel!

Truly great hospitality, where no request was too much. Service was exemplary, with little touches that made us feel special.

Fantastic and relaxing stay. This property provides everything I need. Great view, great service, great food, great condition. There are too many to like about my stay here. Highly recommended.
