O apartamento é espaçoso, confortável, a localização é muito boa.

Não há estacionamento gratuito, o estacionamento é público e tive dificuldade em arranjar estacionamento quando cheguei. É uma zona onde abundam os arrumadores mas o pagamento oficial é feito, on line.
