I paid for two nights but did not arrive. They asked me for a €100 deposit with very unclear conditions for its return. When I requested that a representative of the administration meet me in person to hand over the deposit with a proper agreement, my request was refused. In over 25 years of traveling in Europe, I have never experienced anything like this. It felt unpleasant and humiliating. It is surprising that Booking.com allows such practices. My assistant made the reservation without checking the reviews, but later I discovered that many guests complained about poor cleanliness and even a torn curtain on the window. The host communicates through the app with a tone of irony, which only makes things worse. In a country still struggling with decay, such rental conditions feel like mockery. I strongly advise against this accommodation — keep your distance!
