Lovely Quaint Caravan , ideal for a weekend away , the host always replied to any messages I sent , all in all a great stay

Would of been better if there was wifi , but mobile data wasn't too bad a reception

It was close to the beach with everything else in walking distance the decking part was nice to sit on and watch the world go by

When we turned up the place needing a clean before we could do anything dirty mop bucket left outside the front with bleach in, cups was dirty wasn't hoovered the hoover smelt of dirty dog! The bathroom especially round the loo was covered in dirt dust and what I think is poo as its carpeted everything was on it! when I put the complaint in the owner Rachel turned up to the caravan on a Sunday morning half past 8 becuase I put a complaint in she was kicking off upset my child when stated I have mental health she rolled her eyes and said "oh for god sake here we go!' When I stepped away from the door after telling her she pushed her way into the property when I said no this is our holiday we paid our time for here she refused to leave causing stress and upset for myself partner and child. Said if I left we would get a refund then decided to change her mind, we did relocate due to this and the upset and stress she caused us which had ruined our holiday completely! If you wish to stay in the property go ahead but don't make a complaint otherwise Rachel will be banging on your door ruining your holiday. Pigs live cleaner then this.

The host was lovely, easy communication. The caravan was very clean and tidy, it had everything you could need for a short stay. Perfect location, just a short walk to the beach, shops and entertainment and restaurants. The ground is flat so perfect for anyone with walking problems.
