"もう少し誠意をもって商売してください"

清掃料金と謳って予約前からかなり高い金額を請求されました。最初からお部屋の料金として設定せず最後の決済ボタンで小さく表示しているところに悪意を感じました。 周辺ホテルやアパート部屋貸しと比べて平均価格より少しだけ高いくらいだったら最初からわかりやすく金額をわかりやすく提示してほしかったです。すごくモヤモヤしました。

スタッフに干渉されないので良かったです。 給湯器のトラブルにも直ぐ対応して頂きましたよ。
