EG Private House -Service APT Hotel

The location was excellent and super convenient both for transportation and walking around locally. Quiet in the building and the surrounding area. Cool facilities for children for people with families. There were food suggestions and other services available should you choose.

The breakfast was laughable, and despite booking for three they refused to give breakfast for three. Additionally if you have anything to do in the morning you'll miss it and they'll leave it on the table rather than the first fridge wasting the meal. The beds were quite dated so very uncomfortable and you have to specifically request house keeping services otherwise they won't come. The maids room had a broken bed which was a little dangerous as there were screws sticking out.

I will not be staying here again because the building is falling apart. I’m also pretty sure that it was built on top of a sewer because the area smelled so bad. Our floor also smelled horrendous and the elevator area was all messed up. The room we stayed in was not up to par and the pictures I saw online did not match the place. The walls had patches and the property manager did not even bother to paint over it. The beds were super uncomfortable and the place did not feel clean. The property manager Eric was only responsive in the beginning, but he pretty much stopped responding after a day. He wanted us to keep contacting the front desk and not him. This was after he said that he will be available any time and just text him. He is also not accommodating at all, our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving a day late. I asked for a one day refund and he refused. I also requested for a late checkout because our flight was in the evening and again he refused. I just thought that he would try to at least accommodate us and work with us since we arrived late at the property. Don’t get me wrong, the property location was perfect because it is the heart of BGC. There’s a Lander’s grocery store below, the Uptown Mall, and the Japanese mall are all close by. Overall, not impressed by the property and the pictures are deceiving online. The owner and the property manager can a least make sure that the condo is up to par and clean. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!

Eric and the Staff were outstanding! The level of service and personal assistance was extraordinary. I will definitely recommend this property to all my friends and family. Already looking forward to our return trip in July!

I paid extra to have early check in because my flight landed at 7:45. Wasn't able to get in early so was a waste of the extra money. Staff was good.
