INOur stay at the Luxury Apartment Aspindza 13 in Tbilisi was absolutely wonderful! The host (Nik)was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was very spacious and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, which we truly loved.

RUIt was comfortable apartment with a magnificent view of the whole of Tbilisi. The apartment is very large, two bedrooms and two large bathrooms, there is both: a shower and a bath (very convenient for traveling with a child) The owner was very helpful. we recommend!

It’s in a peaceful, safe neighborhood close to the center city. The rooms have been beautifully redecorated with new furniture and appliances, and the host is friendly and welcoming. This place exceeded my expectations with excellent amenities and a stunning view of the city day and night, even better than the pictures show. This was one of the best places we booked in Tbilisi. The apartment has everything you need for comfortable living. It has a beautiful view from a balcony. I would come back anytime!
