"Fabuleux."

J'ai apprécié la proximité de la plage pour les couchers de soleil, ainsi que la proximité de l'arrêt bus. J'ai apprécié le logement en lui-même, sa déco, sa vue, le calme du secteur...

Mais j'ai regretté l'éloignement des commerces (petit supermarché, boulangerie...), ainsi que la plage proche un peu dangereuse (si c'était à refaire je privilégierais peut-être le secteur de l'Hermitage ou de la Saline.

"Un endroit bien placé pour son calme et sa proximité à pied de la plage de Boucan Canot."

La décoration, la vue , le calme de l' endroit.

Les travaux de ravalement, certains jours sur la façade du balcon, obligeant à fermer le rideau du balcon.
