RORO* Although there was initially a misunderstanding regarding one of our requests, the staff handled the situation professionally and offered us a complimentary room upgrade, which we greatly appreciated. * The hotel is absolutely stunning. The design is modern while beautifully incorporating Romanian influences, with elegant colors and thoughtful details throughout. Congratulations to the architect for creating such a remarkable space. * The spa area is beautiful and well-designed, providing a relaxing atmosphere. * Breakfast was okay, with a reasonable selection.
* The spa can become very crowded, and finding a free lounger may be difficult since outside guests are also permitted to use the facilities. * The biggest disappointment was the room temperature. The room remained at around 25–26°C during the night, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Despite our repeated requests, the issue could not be resolved during our stay, they said it must be turned on in the entire hotel. * The window blinds are not blackout blinds, allowing light into the room early in the morning, which further affected our sleep quality.
ROAm fost cazati 2 nopti. Micul dejun a fost bogat si produsele de calitate. Centrul SPA are 2 saune : una uscata si una umeda, o piscina mare, una mai mica si jacuzzi. Se poate de imbunatatit centrul dar a fost ok. Camera a fost cu priveleste catre munti. A fost frumos. Va recomand cazare in acest hotel. Mi a placut mult!

GBSejurul a fost superb, lucrătorii sunt foarte amabili și atenți cu oaspeții. Locație frumoasă cu vedere la munți.
Unicul minus este ora de închidere a bazinului. Cred ca ar fi bine de schimbat programul și de adăugat măcar închiderea la ora 21 (ora 20 e cam devreme)
ROCamera a fost frumoasă.
La piscină era antrenament pentru copii și era foarte gălăgie, iar proprietatea este foarte aproape de gară
