Charming 2 Bedroom Haven Steps Away from Prince's Palace

Great location in the Roche area. Very comfortable 2 bed too bathroom property. 2nd room is a sofa bed but felt just as comfortable as a normal double. Host met us personally and was super helpful & friendly.

Not an issue for us as we were out all day and just using as a pied a terre but it's quite dark with not a lot of natural light.

Very conveniently located, 5 min flat walk to the Palace, easy access to the main downtown. Terminal Bus stop is next to the apartment which is very convenient if you don’t want to get a taxi. Fully equipped flat

All thats missing is a sea view

It was in a perfect location for our stay and had everything we needed and the host was great in helping us check in and getting around Monaco

The apartment could’ve be a little cleaner but overall it wasn’t bad

I liked the location in the old town. It was close to restaurants and the palace.

We were unable to gain entry into the unit until 8pm as there was an electrical fault meaning we could not get entry through the front door. The unit itself was filthy. The lounge room and bedrooms smelt. The outdoor balcony was covered in dust and dirt. the dryer did not work. There were wet and mouldy towels draped over the balcony. There was construction work going on under the unit. There was constant hammering and drilling. I have travelled to 145 countries and this is by far the worst I have encountered. I complained to the owner who promised me a 20% refund. As of writing this review that was over a month ago and still no refund. I complained to Booking.com and so far they have done nothing. I have been with Booking.com. for over 20 years and I am very disappointed.

The property is beautifully located on the Roc 5 mns from the Palace. Antoine graciously waited for us to give us the keys, even as we were late. The flat is very quiet and well equipped.
