The sheets were clean. The staff was very pleasant and tried to address our problem situation, but were unable to do so successfully.

It is unacceptable to offer what is described as a kitchenette with absolutely zero cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, etc. It totally threw a wrench in our plans. When looking at the web page for this property it states that there is a fridge, two burner stove top (one of which was inoperable due to the burner being very crooked), microwave, and toaster. They do not provide a single item with which to cook! The web page does not alert guests to the fact that there are no cooking utensils/equipment. If we had known this we would not have booked there. The staff scrounged around for leftover cooking equipment which did not meet our needs. The staff stated that they receive complaints/comments about this all the time. We were given very substandard items because all their other kitchen accessories had been handed out already. We ended up having to go to the nearby Walmart to buy a frying pan. When we tried to negotiate for a partial refund the manager told us we could not get one due to booking through a third party, booking.com. This is also unacceptable and a way to sidestep responsibility.
