Beautiful quite location great staff

We arrived at Vis Ta Vie early in the morning and were welcomed so warmly that it immediately felt like home. The atmosphere is intimate and personal, far from the feeling of a typical hotel. The staff were caring, attentive, and genuinely kind. Our room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, and offered a beautiful balcony view that made our stay even more special. We truly had a wonderful and memorable experience here.

From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed by the friendliest staff. The breathtaking ocean view from the lobby elevates the check-in process into a beautiful experience. The staff are genuinely helpful, even assisting with arranging auto-rickshaws or tuk-tuks for your local commute. This property offers a unique mix of sheer luxury and comforting homeliness, with the calm ocean being its most special feature !

The food was super good. The staff was super friendly and accomodating.

This is such a charming, cozy hotel with only 6 rooms, which makes the whole stay feel almost private and exclusive. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel is right in front of the beach, and the beachfront area is clean, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing. The staff — including the manager — are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. They truly go above and beyond for any request. They even prepared a breakfast box for us on the morning we left early for whale watching, which was so thoughtful. Breakfast at the hotel was also delicious: fresh fruits, tea/coffee, and a great selection of dishes. We had dinner one night as well — the seafood platter was super tasty! A lovely stay — highly recommended! 🐬✨

This hotel is so perfect, it is very comfortable and cozy. The staff of this accommodation is really great, always willing to help and truly friendly. It is located at the beach, which is beautiful and quit. The food of this kitchen is amazing and we liked all the meals, the sri lankan rice&curry was the best we had in sri lanka. Highly recommended!

Beautiful small hotel- big spacious room with sea view and large balcony. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Very clean, powerful air con in the rooms. Pool is a perfect temperature.

No hair conditioner provided in the shower. Because it is a small hotel, breakfast is a preorder main with set accompaniments, at a prearranged time. This is fine but a little less flexible, and for us meant unknowingly ordering fake bacon and sausages (which you then feel obliged to eat when presented with). It surprised us because everywhere else in Sri Lanka has been real crispy bacon, but it is a very small complaint! The next day I ordered pancakes instead and they were lovely.
