The Halcyon 3 BHK Appartment

I’m sharing this so others are aware before booking. During our stay, the owner’s dog ran toward my husband and scratched him right outside the door. The dog came down, unleashed from the upper floor, and the scratch caused bleeding. Doctors classified it as a Category III exposure, requiring immediate rabies vaccinations and a tetanus shot. We were told the dog is “friendly” and “just excited,” but a wound serious enough to bleed and require full vaccination cannot be dismissed so casually — even if the dog is vaccinated. More concerning, the next day the dog was again left unleashed and almost approached my husband — only stopped by the helper. There was no prior mention of a dog on the property during booking or at check-in. This is basic safety information, especially when traveling with a 6-year-old and senior citizens. After the incident, there was no proactive follow-up on my husband’s condition. Responsibility was acknowledged only after repeated follow-ups and when I mentioned leaving a review. Although there was an initial agreement to cover expenses, only ₹1798 was paid after multiple reminders. The remaining treatment costs — including ongoing vaccinations — were refused, despite being a direct result of the incident. Accidents can happen, but responsibility should not stop there. This experience caused unnecessary stress, medical visits, and financial burden during our trip. I hope future guests are aware and that proper safety measures are ensured.

Excellent location, peaceful area, hassle free travel to all the shopping areas, very close to Ulsoor lake. Kudos to Mr. Sai (The caretaker) for the support. We were 7 family members and had a homely stay.

Pls read this before u book, First thing is the behaviour of the owner. Very unprofessional. He is an immature young guy who thinks that he is giving everything free , like some old govt employees. He was rude at all. Not helpful. No supportive after getting the money. They are cheaters too.. there was an incident which made us very disappointed. One day he went to our when we were outside and gave the key for cleaning to the cleaning guy and he send photos of old curtain holder and said we damaged it and we have to pay for it . He just decided and fixed 500 rupees for repair When we return room we called him and ask him about this. He said you guys pulled it thats why it is moved slightly ,while showing to us , he accidentally removed the holder and found that it was actually fixed on another hole. That means somebody has done drilling work and carpentry work there and he was simply trying to loot from us. Then he said the water filter clip was broken from the bottom. Then we asked him how did u knew that the filter clip inside broken. From outside it was perfect if he open and check the broken clip means he already knows that the clip was broken and he was trying to put it on our head. 1000 Rs was the charge for it.. Then he said he don’t want to say anything just pay and go. What a man he is .. He is not a service provider , he never treats us as client. And on the last day the lady who was their very rude to my family and she didn’t allowed us to stay inside to wait for the uber, when it was raining. She didn’t even considered the 8 month old baby. We stayed there by paying the hard earned money and they treated us like ….. Think twice and always look every corner before booking. Book only if u don’t have any other option Wash basin was leaking but no repair , light was not working at toilet but no replace But he only want the money from us
