"Nice renovation & staff, but small beds and the hotel smells like smoke."

It was newly renovated. The staff was nice.

It smells like smoke everywhere except in the new room. The 2 bed rooms only have full size beds so my 6’4” husband couldn’t fit in the bed. It says you get breakfast, but you really have to pay. Maybe I didn’t read the fine print, but it seemed like we were getting complimentary breakfast.

"We will be back to ELY NV and plan on staying at the Hotel Nevada AGAIN!"

Hotel Nevada is located in old downtown Ely Nevada, which is a pretty remote location. The Hotel is refurbished and amenities (beds, bathroom, HVAC, linens are all updated and very nice. The staff people are friendly and helpful if there are any issues!

The on-site restaurant / coffee shop was CLOSED for repairs the evening we arrived (June06 2026)
