Soraia was kind and thoughtful allowing us to enter the apartment in the morning as we'd had very early morning flight and needed to rest. She also supported a delayed departure which we really appreciated. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, well laid out with good kitchen facilities and equipment. It was more than adequate for our six night stay. We found Soraia very responsive with our queries - immediate and keen to resolve issues. Internet was excellent. Shower very good

Loo paper - two small half rolls for a six day stay Batteries for AC remote died Shower gel was practically empty No manuals or instructions for use of appliances - information book empty On first day no access to building without internet No spare bin liners Individually the issues were negligible but collectively it became an inconvenience and nuisance interfering with our holiday
