Please note, late check in comes at an extra fee: from 10 pm till 12 pm 25 EUR, from 12 pm till 2 am 45 EUR When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 20 € per pet, per stay applies. Conforme aux photos. Magnifique vue. Très pratique pour un grand groupe. Excellente communication pour le checkin et checkout avec l’équipe.

Très bien dans l’ensemble. Grande maison pour groupe mais pas de cafetière (seulement mini), pas de pastille lave vaisselle.

"Quiet house ideal for groups"

Honestly, after reading the reviews we were a bit concerned regarding the state of the house. However, we were pleasantly surprised by how good our stay was! The house is big (there are two separate floors with separated kitchen/rooms/bathrooms), a big terrace with a view and a (old) functional bbq. The area is quiet and the view is stunning. The check in/out were smooth (just upload all your docs in advance!).

The furniture is a bit dated but honestly we didn't care much about that. It's not a luxury villa but for the price and location it was completely fair.

La maison est très vaste, extrêmement propre, très bien placée , au calme, avec une vue extraordinaire sur le lac Majeur. Idéale pour un groupe (nous étions 10).

Maison très spacieuse et bien placé. La vue est magnifique que ce soit des chambres de la terrasse ou du salon. Le quartier est très calme. Daniela est aux petits soins, de plus elle a de bon conseils pour des idées de restaurants ou d activités.

L accès à la maison est un peu étroit mais on si fait vite.
