Die Kommunikation mit Sara war prima. Das Appartment liegt etwas außerhalb von Como in einer Wohnsiedlung. Die Straße dorthin ist etwas eng, Es gibt glücklicherweise eine enge Parktasche für's Auto. Ins Zentrum (Hafen) sind es ca. 35-40 Minuten Fussweg, die vielbefahrene Straße entlang, teilw. ohne Fußweg. Die Wohnung an sich ist sehr schön, sehr sauber und hat eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Spülmachine, Kaffeemaschine Dolce Gusto. Der Blick auf den See vom kleinen Balkon ist außergewöhnlich. Supermarkt ist fußläufig 10 Minuten entfernt.

Etwas abseits gelegen oberhalb einer Hauptverkehrsstraße. In den Sommermonaten vermissten wir eine Klimaanlage, die Temperaturen sind schon warm. Da helfen auch die Verdunklung tagsüber und Ventilatoren nicht wirklich. Nächtliches Lüften muss man aufgrund des Verkehrs (Motoräder testen gerne) der unterhalb vorbeiführenden Straße auch mögen.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment with an amazing view of the Lake and Como town. The host is very helpful and there is a brilliant guidebook in the apartment for the apartment itself and how to go out and about from it. Its about 3km from the station but you can get a local bus to the road the apartment is on which also goes back into the town itself. Supermarket within 500m for all your self catering needs. The pictures of the apartment and the view on here do not do it justice. This apartment was the perfect start to our honeymoon tour of Italy, we will be definitely be coming back here!

You need to use public transportation buses mainly to reach and then walk 5 minutes. Slippers missing.

This is a great location with a fantastic view of lake Como! The apartment is spacious and nicely renovated with every convenience to make your stay comfortable. Very clean. Host is a great communicator. Check-in instructions were simple and keys are collected from an on-site lockbox. There is a parking space provided (parallel park into dedicated spot) which is a real plus if you have a rental car. We were able to park there around 11:00 am and check-in later in the day once it was ready. We then walked down the hill to the conveniently-located bus stop that took you into the heart of lake Como within 10 minutes (2 Euro’ish). There is also a grocery store fairly close.
