Besonderes positiv aufgefallen sind uns die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit sowie das engagierte und freundliche Personal. Ein besonderes Lob möchten wir dem Mitarbeiter im SPA -Bereich aussprechen-sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war gut. Beim Abendessen war die Auswahl zwar etwas kleiner, aber völlig ausreichend und lecker.

Der einzige kleine Minuspunkt war die Nähe zur Straße, wodurch man den Verkehr etwas hören konnte.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön am See Jamno, die Ostsee ist fußläufig bequem zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein Appartement im Türmchen, es war ruhig. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Schwimmbad und Sauna schön.. Am meisten hat uns der gute Service gefallen. Auf alle unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Gegenüber ist ein Fahrradverleih.

Celý pobyt byl skvělý a nižšší hodnocení dáváme z důvodu pokoje, ve kterém jsme byli ubytováni. Bylo to jako kumbál pro uklízečku...Vše bylo perfektní, ale ten pokoj celkový dojem pokazil. Doporučila bych majiteli hotelu, aby takový pokoj raději ani nenabízel, protože si tím kazí svůj byznys.
