"Would not recommend. No boiler (heating and hot water) and broken plugs."

Decent location and price point

Heating / boiler did not work and the room was absolutely freezing. No hot water out of taps either, didn’t even want to try taking a shower. Multiple plug sockets did not work which meant my phone didn't charge overnight and left me in an inconvenient position the next day. There were no proper curtains so light came through early in the morning.

It’s ideal for the tram or a quick walk into town.

First of all I couldn’t even get into the room I had booked. Was told i was in room 7 and there isn’t even a room 7.. had to phone the contact number to get a different room. The bed was so loud and uncomfortable. The room was dirty.. sofa was filthy with stains. Skirting boards and walls dirty.

good location

really dirty property, nothing has been cleaned, the bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom full with mould, never cleaned the carpet in the room as well, felt really uncomfortable at night, there’s a kitchen but no proper facilities
