Lo stato generale per la scarsa manutenzione della struttura. Assenza di stendino, anche su richiesta e la presa in giro dovuta al fatto che ci veniva detto che avrebbero provveduto per poi sire che "non erano autorizzati a darlo"... trovati insetti in camera e tra le lenzuola e i cuscini (vedi foto). Un geco ci ha tenuti compagnia perché la cornice della finestra era staccata dal muro consentendo ad insetti e piccoli animali di entrare in camera. La spiaggia adiacente quasi inesistente. Infine, nei pressi della reception è costantemente presente puzza di scarico di un generatore diesel.

Lovely beach, with black sand and decent size rocks for the kids to play with. Lovely warm and super clear water, this beach was pretty much perfect for us.

This was the worst hotel I have ever heard of, let alone stayed at. There was a mix up with the booking so when we arrived all beds were not done up. The staff was helpful, but suggested giving us the bedlinen for us to sort it out ourselves. Luckily someone did it for us whilst we were checking in. The air conditioning did not function in one room, it leaked and ticked loudly at random intervals all night. This was fixed the next day. The breakfast was atrocious - easily the worst breakfast I've ever had. Scrambled eggs left without a lid - all dried up and horrible. Hardly any healthy options. We ended up eating breakfast in our rooms instead of that rubbish. On the third day, our rooms were burgled. The manageress acted like some rather bored and uninterested spectator and responded to our request to show her the broken window and the state of our rooms, with a ‘Yes, if you want.’ We were moved to new rooms. The safe in these rooms did not function, this was resolved after a while. However, this safe was problematic and after a few days it broke down entirely. After various staff tried to open it, the following day the safe was removed and through brute force, was opened and our valuables recovered. A new safe was provided, since we answered ‘YES’ to the question as to whether we wanted one. However, this was much smaller and didn't fit all of our electronics. Not very comforting after we were robbed! The drainage in one bathroom did not function correctly and after complaining about this, a maintenance employee changed out part the drainage system under the shower, to no appreciable effect. We experienced flooding of the bathroom every evening. The hob for boiling water etc. did not work, this was fixed after a short delay. The day after we found that the dishwasher did not function. This was replaced with a new one the following day. We received no apology from anyone in management for any of these events. Seriously, AVOID THIS HOTEL !!!

Déjeuner très correct et personnel très aimable et intentionné.

Les gens qui se plaignent continuellement et qui ne savent pas apprécier la globalité du complexe.

Situación privilegiada, desayuno fenomenal, personal encantador, Apto. muy cómodo.

Echamos en falta un microondas.

Teljes mértékben megfelelt a szállás az elvárásoknak. Hangulatos, tiszta, kicsit elhagyatott, de nem is volt baj, hogy mintha teltház lett volna. A reggeli bőséges és finom. A medencét nem használtuk, ott volt a strand, bár nem a szállodáêt használtuk, bérelt autóval minden nap más strandra mentünk, elérhető távolságra volt minden. Kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. Ár érték arányban tökéletes volt, máskor is visszamennênk.

A terasz ajtót minden egyes alkalommal ketten együtt tudtuk csak kinyitni és bezárni, mert nem akart csúszni a helyén. A fürdőbe kellett volna szagelszîvó, nem volt lift, csak egy meredek csiga lépcső. De ezek nem számítottak, csak aludtunk, fürdödtünk és reggeliztünk, arra pont jó volt.
