Nothing. We never received the breakfast that we had paid for.

Not getting the breakfast we paid for. And the room had dust all over the counters and floor.

The place was exceptional

Cleanliness,On our first morning we did the bed and when we came back from our errands our cleaning lady didn’t touch the bed and the floor was not touched.The pierces of broken glass were still there.The stains on top of the table and glass stains on top of the pedestals were still there.There was no tissue roll . We complained to the other lady who was very nice,she apologised and improved the next day because we were there for 5 days.
