Great building, in a convenient location for my journey into work.

Due to loss of the keys to the place I stayed there were issues each time getting into the building which I wish had been sorted before I arrived!

No sofa bed No heating and air ventilation Windows haven't open Hot water for 5min Very uncomfortable mattresses Poor communication No good for kids and people doesn't like cold Not recommended at all

Nothing was 😊

Totally wastage of money they don’t even check you in or not nor they pick calls. No nothing no sofa bed was there no good condition of beds. Weak weak not worthy!!!

"Not received the service for what I pay"

I really have bad experience with the apartment they take my money and after 3 hours said sorry is double booking when is not true only because I book at last minute around 22pm they not show up. Maybe next time my review change but this is my filling at the moment because I was in struggle with the money and I slept in the car instead.

The fact the money where take before conferm the booking. Policy says you gonna receive your refund in5/6 days wooooaAaaa. Thanks booking.com change policy because is not nice what you done .
