Shower leaked all over bathroom floor. Washroom too small — difficult to manoeuvre and nowhere to put stuff. Bedroom is very small — hard to navigate the tight gap between the bed and the wall that is around a foot wide. Leg of the sofa bed was broken and had to be fixed by us with the screw found on the floor. We found a dead bug on the floor of the washroom upon our arrival. The TV wasn’t working and the facilitators asked us to “send a video” of it. Comforter for the sofa bed didn’t look freshly laundered. The main bed was uncomfortable. Not enough mirrors — only one in the washroom, and no full length one anywhere else.
