New era studio near Old town

Locația este clar cel mai mare plus la acest apartament, foarte aproape de stația de metrou și de centru, de la fereastra sunt perspective drăguțe către Dâmbovița și Splaiul Unirii. Curățenie peste tot. Patul foarte confortabil. Comunicarea a fost bună și au existat toate facilitățile de care să ai nevoie. Deși aproape de intersecție și de o zonă ce este intens tranzitată de mașini, zgomotele traficului sunt aproape imperceptibile.

Din păcate, izolația termică a apartamentului nu este satisfăcătoare, deși caloriferele au fost călduțe și a fost pornit aerul condiționat în repetate rânduri, în cameră a fost mai mereu rece. Poate montarea unor draperii sau perdele mai groase ar putea rezolva problema sau repararea ferestrelor ce erau etanșate cu bandă scotch. Baia arată mult mai bine în poze decât în realitate, ți se dă impresia de improvizație, de la țevile ce trec prin duș, până la vasul wc ce nu este ancorat în pardoseală. Recomand montarea unui cuier pe hol, e un adaos mic, dar face diferența.

Really lovely apartment in a great location, good communication with the host, very comfortable bed, and close to several grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and metro station. Highly recommend! :)

It was hard to find the place using the description provided by the host, I've spent an hour looking for the entrance and asking the locals for help. The shower head is broken and the toilet is not attached to the floor, so using the bathroom was challenging. In the last night I turned on the electric kettle that was in the kitchen, and the electricity in the whole apartment went out. There was no switch to put it back on.

Big and comfortable studio apartment, nice view, comfy bed. Very close to the Metro station

it was a bit dusty and the floor not super clean, some hair on the floor and dust on the table and cupboards. Not kitchen towels to use in the kitchen unfortunately
