Le sol était vraiment très sale et le personnel de ménage a pris un de me t shirts blancs comme chiffons pour nettoyer l’appartement. Je n’ai jamais reçu de réponse par rapport à ça. Je suis très déçue du service.

Room was clean and quiet.

No closet to hang clothes, not even hangers. Kitchen light was too dark.

really nice thing about the apartments is the location: it is close to the ocean, shops, and cafés. The street is quiet. The room was cleaned every day, and the bed was clean as well.

We stayed in these apartments last weekend. Our room was number 10. There was a very strong smell of mold in the room. When we informed the manager, he said that the next day a technician would come to clean the air conditioner. However, no one came the next day. We wrote that it was impossible to sleep because the air was very heavy, and the window in the room did not open. We asked to change the room, but no one responded to any of our messages. A person with health problems would not be able to sleep there, especially people who have asthma. Some of the furniture is new and some is older, but that is not the problem. The problem is that no one resolves the issues you report—they simply ignore them. This is very unprofessional.
