"the location was great the restaurant the beach was near by some stores to shop"

everything the owner was very helpful I had forget my pass code for the room he call me in guide me to the process come to find out the code wasn't wrong I was putting the wrong #lol but anyway the cleaning lady no English but we communicate with googles

I don't see anything wrong at all for a change maybe parking the parking was to far for me but it was only 10 dollars for overnight stay overall I definitely stay at the property again

Great location right in the heart of South Beach and 1 block walk to the beach and all the shopping and restaurants on a very quiet street with a neighborhood feel. Great value nice size rooms if you're a looking for a cozy place to sleep it is very efficient

L’emplacement

L’humidité dans la chambre et surtout l’insonorisation, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dehors ainsi que les gens qui rentrent de soirée et qui hurlent à l’étage du dessus ou la chambre à côté. C’est très très mal isolé, donc nous avons très très mal dormi lors de notre séjour.

Ottima posizione, la camera era spaziosa e il letto comodo. Il self check-in comodissimo e i gestori rispondono ai messaggi su Booking in poco tempo

La camera non è molto insonorizzata quindi un po’ rumorosa, nulla di tragico
