Edit: Don't listen to the owner's response, they are not telling the truth. We did message you multiple times about the dogs starting in the early evening, you deflected the issue a couple times and last responded late at night at approx 1am when we were leaving, and never did a single thing about the problem. Going to listen for 5 minutes of silence doesn't rectify the situation, and based on your response you're well aware of the sound. It was not occasional at 1:30am, they were barking non stop. Not a chance re: your comment about sticking around to monitor the dogs any further. The owner has multiple dogs as close as 10m away from several rooms in the hotel that bark all hours of the night. When asked about this she simply stated "They bark when someone happens to walk by and startles them". We couldn't sleep and had to leave and find a different hotel at 2am on the first night. Owner went silent when asked for a refund, had to pursue via credit card protections.
