Spacious inside. Close to walk to city centre

Terrible arrival experience - no instructions on where to go when arriving by car. After I phoned up a helpful staff member told me I had to park on the side street, walk into the flat on foot to get garage key, then I had to take lift to basement and walk out to see where the entrance to car park was. The underground car park is awkward to manoeuvre, need to do 5 point turn to get into space. Then, the key is poorly fitted to the door. There are 2 doors next to each other and 2 keys to confuse you. And twice I had to spend 10 minutes wiggling the key before it would turn. The pool is many times smaller than it looks in the photos, and overlooked by many properties. Gate was also locked and my key didn’t seem to work. Shower fixing is broken so cannot raise the height Lots of black marks over walls and ceiling, bug splats? Too hot - my fault for not checking if there was A/C, but some fans would be nice. Value for money is poor - I left after one night and stayed in The Views Oasis for roughly the same cost per night in a suite, a luxury hotel that included breakfast!

Sehr sauber; zu Fuß die Altstadt von funchal erreichbar; Pool (haben wir aber leider nicht genutzt)

Es war sehr warm ; Gelsen/ Mücken haben sehr gestochen

Top! Wifi ging nur nicht! Das war nicht so gut, aber daran soll es nicht liegen dass man hier nicht unterkommen will.

Great apartment, had everything you need and the pool area was great too.

The bed was a bit hard.

Localização. Apartamento limpo e muito bem equipado.

Sofá cama partido. Foram informados no segundo dia e, até ao término da estadia, o problema não foi resolvido.
