Surf City 2BR Park Home with Waterfront View and Parking

The price and the location. The porch was amazing with the constant breeze. It had just enough room for our family and was the right location for what we wanted to do on vacation

It wasn’t clean. The shower curtain was gross at the bottom, dust dirt and hair everywhere.. including the fridge,cabinets, drawers, etc. the hot water was also hit or miss. My husband only got 1 hot shower in 5 nights of being there. Also to do laundry you had to go down the road and Into a laundry room in the camp ground. You also have to pay per load. Overall tho, staff apologized things weren’t cleaned well, they tried to fix the hot water issue. They told me ahead of time the laundry was in the camp ground I just didn’t fully understand how hard it would be. I would definitely suggest a laundry hamper with wheels and if you have someone that has to have a hot shower, let them go first. Overall, we had a lovely vacation. We likely would not stay at this property again tho but everyone was good to try and help.

Very clean, great views, fishing, park. Nice front porch to sit and enjoy the views.

The bed was on the smaller side and needs to be looked at. Garbage and underwear was found under the bed from previous renters. No washer in the unit as stated.

Good location, clean, beautiful view because in this time during pool hours they close very early but everything is very cool thank you

The big bed uncomfortable, the base looked like it was going to break, no washer no Iron 😩😩if you change this few things we came back soon thanks the rest we recommend
