Sijainti täydellinen, aivan keskustassa. Avainten nouto oli kätevä. Tilava asunto, 6 henkeä majoittui mukavasti. Kaksi wc:tä oli bonusta. Löytyi shampoota ja suihkusaippuaa : )

Pesutilat kaipaavat pientä pintaremonttia. Äänieristys vähän heikkoa. Tilojen puhdistamiseen voisi vielä hiukan panostaa.

Huone oli tilava, useita sänkyjä, tuoleja, lakanat, pyyhkeet yms. Kaikki toimi moitteettomasti, avainten haku helppoa.

Kaikki sujui hyvin. Vaikka emme olleetkaan juhlaporukka niin piti yrittää hiljaisuuden jälkeen puhua mahdollisimman hiljaa herkkäkorvaisten naapureiden takia. Se oli ainoa asia joka vaikutti viihtyvyyteen. Vähän kuuma oli myös ja astianpesukoneessa olisi voinut olla ohjeet miten laitetaan päälle!

Vuokraajan kanssa yhteydenpito helppoa, vastaukset sai nopeasti. Avaimen saanti onnistui helposti. Asunto sijainniltaan täydellinen. Asunto oli oikein siisti ja tilava, vuoteet hyvät.

parkkipaikkaa ei taloyhtiön pihalla ollut, mutta lähialueen parkkihallista oli lyhyt matka asunnolle kävellä.
