Roisin is a very kind and helpful host. We were stressed about parking for the Derry Halloween parade, and she kindly offered us a ride, which we truly appreciated. Our stay was comfortable, and the breakfasts were fantastic. Super Highly recommended!

Me and My wife loved our stay with Roisin, was like staying with a family member, made to feel at home. Our room was so comfy and WiFi is awesome. Beautiful breakfast and Will definitely return and really look forward to it.

We loved everything about this property. The house itself is very spacious and tastefully decorated, as well as being spotlessly clean. The owner is a lovely lady, very welcoming and friendly. We were given a list of various breakfast options to choose from and they were all cooked well and the portion sizes were very decent. The house is on a quiet street with a nice view. Parking is available at the property. Would definitely recommend.

Very easy straight forward system with room and front door codes Irish Breakfast No hidden or added charges Location perfect with a rental car and next to London Derry Very hospital host, thank you so much! :) Best B&B on our 5 day road trip on the island of Ireland!

Amazing stay! Roisin was so lovely and was so accommodating for me and my partners diet (vegan) - an amazing selection for breakfast. Beautiful room and home. Roisin really made our visit - felt very at home! Will definitely be back.
