There's absolutely nothing I liked! Misleading and unpleasant. 1st of all the location is not in Polokwane. It's on the outskirts and a bit far from all the amenities mentioned. There's not enough parking space. Check-in process is tedious as in this day and age of so much technology guests are still required to fill out a form. Here's my long list of disappointments: 1. The room was dusty all over and not clean, even after I requested for it to be cleaned. 2. There's bed bugs and cockroaches in the rooms. The place needs serious fumigation. 3. There's no bar fridge. We had to ask for it. They brought us an old rusty and dirty bar fridge. 4. They provide a cheap 1 ply toilet paper. 5. There's no white towels. Their towels are ugly and look dirty. 6. On our 1st day the bed linen was dirty. It was only changed once during our 4 days stay. 7. There's no kettle to boil water for tea or coffee. If you want hot water for tea or coffee, you must ask, and they'll bring it in a flask. 8. The tea cups, teaspoons, and drink glasses were dirty the entire time we were there. We did not even use them. We opted to buy coffee mugs for ourselves from Pick 'n Pay. 9. TV and wifi not working. 10. There's only one electric plug and it's far and under the table. 11. We always had to walk all the way to reception to ask for any kind of assistance.

I didn't like the fact that on Booking.com they stated that they offer breakfast but there's no such. I had to write a whole lot of my personal details in a book. What are computers for.
