Breakfaat and dinner was pretty good

Staff was not like 5 star hotel. In reception we were waiting for 20 mimutes while stuff was running with our passports with no info, and only after 30 mins when we asked what is happening, they told us that our rooms are not ready.

Your very isolated from anything , but food and drinks always available on site

Super spacious room and really nice design and views. The buffet food on NYE was possibly one of the best and most beautifully presented buffets I have ever had.

There were a lot of mosquitoes everywhere which made me not want to leave the room. I was even getting bitten in bed which made the stay very uncomfortable. The facilities are a bit tired and don’t seem to be well maintained. The hotel isn’t close to any other shops or restaurants and they didn’t even have diet coke as an option which was strange. We ordered food from the bar and service was very slow but food was good when it arrived.

Lovely location on a private beach. Beautiful pool and rooms overlooking the sea. Staff very accommodating and upgraded us plus had some decorations in the room for our honeymoon. Lovely place to just chill for a few days.

Restaurant was basic. It took a long time for food to come after ordering.

Location is nice and clean. Pool is beatiful.

Very bad car parking and hotel entrance is broken not repaird. Most of free facilities offers in other hotels are charged in here. ie. Pool table 2500 LKR per hour. Meals were served through a menu at dinner was limited to 3 options. Brakfast was a shit mini buffet. No cheese for omlet even asked extra lol. Small 32 inch TVs (Room S12) Waste of money. For less than this amount you can book a hotel with nice meals and facilities. Staff is great. But management must be responsible. Sharp checkout at 11am even no guests are coming to take the room.

The rooms were priced bit higher than the property web site. Additionally they didn’t allow early check in per the booking confirmation and almost forgot to offer me the discount provided per my booking

Okay but some insects in the room , first had to wait till 13:15 till check in even the Website says from 9am , first room AC not working as well , idk for that amount of money quite disappointing
