Spacious, clean, coffee machine, comfortable bed. Air conditioning was a godsend this summer. Location is just off the main street in Riomaggiore. The check in instructions were very clear. The video is very useful in locating the apartment (Google maps is not useful at all in Riomaggiore due to its limited mapping of pedestrian streets).

Although one expects to pay a lot in Riomaggiore in August, this apartment is not cheap. Like nearly all apartments in Riomaggiore access is up lots of steep narrow stairs, which is fine for able bodied but may be a struggle for those with limited strength or mobility. That is the nature of this village however.

The property is very close to the train station and the restaurants. The room was very clean. They had kept some chocolates on the day of arrival which represented the pleasant welcome. The room had a beautiful view of the town. They also had a guest book where we can pen down our stay experience.

We have to climb a lot of steps to reach the property. It was kind of difficult for us as we have to carry the stroller of our toddler. Also the room missed the cutlery and we had hard time without knife.

+ excellent location in the old housing development in the heart of Riomaggiore and yet not directly in the main street (you can actually feel and hear the town's noise when the windows are open but you can suppress it completely when the windows are closed if you wish for the night for example) + magnificent views + reasonable price (value for money) + air-condition (although we did not need it that often but it can come in handy from time to time) + equipped kitchenette (including fridge) with some basic ingredients such as coffee, tea and olive oil

- impossibility to store our bags after the check-out time during the last day in Riomaggiore

The several flights of stairs are long and very steep

Great location just of the main street within easy walk from train station. Clean and new apartment with lots of space.

Beautiful new apartment to stay in. Our favourite thing was the view across Riomaggiore from the windows. Very central, and the host was most welcoming. Spotless and comfortable.
