Die Lage ist wirklich gut! Die zwei Pools das GYM und die Sitzmöglichkeiten auf Ebene 11 sind sehr schön! Der Blick vom Balkon ist echt gut! 👍

Leute ich verstehe wirklich nicht wie man hier eine Hohe Berwertung geben kann!? Die Wohnung stinkt nach Zigaretten und die Badezimmer nach was auch immer!? Die Wohnung ist irgendwie was zwischen abgeranzt und Harz4… Wasser soll man nicht trinken bekommt aber für 4Personen nur 4mini Flaschen Wasser… geschenkt! Aber bei dem Preis erwarte ich eine Wohnung die nicht stinkt und wo die Lichtschalter funktionieren ebenso die AC in Wohnzimmer die leider nicht richtig funktioniert… wir sind die zwei Nöchte geblieben weil wir bei Ankunft keine andere Wahl hatten (Ankunft 23:45) und dann noch mal alles packen und umziehen hätte uns den nächsten Tag verdorben… Auch bei Check IN frage ich mich warum muss man fast sogar seine Schuhgröße angeben!? Die Unterkunft war unsere 154. auf der Weltreise und die Unterkunft fällt leider unter die 10 Schlächtesten… Wobei ich echt versuche alles objektiv zu sehen!!!

Bed was very hard, cockroach in living room, smelt very strongly of cigarettes on arrival, a member of staff sprayed the curtains with air freshener and we moved the used ashtray outside which solved this and only one lift pass was a pain as we couldn’t go in and out separately.

The location of the property

The apartment did not match the description on booking.com. There is only 1 bathroom instead of 2. Booking.com said early check-in was included, management said it was only upon availability. Check in took about 1 hour with big discussions between apartment manager and apartment front office staff about procedure to follow; confusing for the guests. Manager asked for full payment upon arrival. Their full price did not match my booking.com price (almost 40$ difference!) We agreed to settle the difference and partial refund later since we had appointments to go to but upon departure the manager didn’t even want to pay back 30$ refundable deposit, saying nobody ever asked before and it would be a big loss to them. Apartment was not clean, very worn out with cigarette burns on the furniture, curtainrods coming down, windows not closing, ACs leaking and mould in the shower and in the AC’s. We booked 3 people 3 nights, had construction work going on nextdoor with heavy drilling noises every day. Our friend left early and booked a hotelroom, even no refund was offered; manager told me to arrange with booking.com.
