the property is dirty and not well maintain, the floor full of dirt and dust.... i ask for cleaning but just promise no cleaning is done... so disappointed.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with this property and host. First, we arrived just one hour earlier than the check-in time and the host told us she could “help us” enter the house earlier—but only if we paid her an extra £20 in cash, which was very unprofessional and unexpected. When we checked out, she messaged us later claiming we broke the bin and sent pictures of it, even though it was already like that when we arrived. We didn’t touch or damage it, and she’s trying to charge us another £41 for it, which feels dishonest. She also gave strange instructions to leave the key in the post box, instead of the proper key lockbox outside the property. This was suspicious, as it goes against the usual procedure for short-term rentals. As for the house itself—it was in very bad condition: • The floor was filthy, our feet turned black just walking inside. • The beds were extremely uncomfortable and painful to sleep on. • The dishes and plates were dirty, and we had to wash everything before using them. Overall, the house was not clean or welcoming, and the host’s behavior was untrustworthy and unprofessional. Definitely not recommended

Nothing! All was perfect.

Close to the station so 10 minutes from the city centre. Nothing fancy but a perfect place to stay if out in Liverpool. Under £20 to get an uber back from the centre in the early hours of the morning.

We arrived early and had to text to get house number.reply was immediate and we were granted access to drop off belongings. We only stayed one night but house is very suitable if you want to stay longer and explore Liverpool . Has everything you need and very clean .
