Villa Nora, by Five Elements

The villa is conveniently located, with cafes for every taste nearby and fast delivery services available. The staff is very friendly. They offer bike rentals, and the manager helped us organize our trip to the Gili Islands (we had issues due to the weather), even though it wasn’t in the villa’s interest. The rooms are spacious with large beds, and the air conditioning worked perfectly everywhere, including the living room.

The biggest disappointment was the lack of bathrooms in all the rooms. In reality, three rooms in the villa have their own bathrooms with showers, but the fourth room has nothing. The so-called "fourth bathroom" is just a toilet without a shower in the living room. Because of this, we constantly had to "visit" someone else’s room to shower. Now for the smaller details: During our 10-day stay, the rooms were cleaned only twice (once at our request). In general, some things that you’d expect to be done automatically had to be specifically requested (e.g., emptying the trash bin, refilling the water cooler). Normally, staff would take care of these things without being asked, but that wasn’t the case here.

There are so many supermarkets and lovely places to eat nearby. Ivan was very quick to respond when something wasn’t working and also organised a return minibus so we could all go on day trips

Great property and very nice to relax by pool or let kids watch Netflix on their own tv in their own ensuite room. We had a great holiday here. Loved the 3rd story deck to have a drink and watch sunset

We stayed at Villa Noah rather than Nora as Nora ended up unavailable with short notice. Although this was a smaller villa and not what we expected, the staff were able to come to a resolution with us to ensure our stay was still wonderful. Villa Noah would be a 10 if it was what we were expecting.

Great location to stay in Canggu! Many cafes, laundromat, convenience stores nearby if you need them. Wonderful place to stay together with your friends for a short getaway! Drinking water dispenser available at the villa so you do not have to buy water from outside.

There were many ants and spiders crawling around. Bathrooms were a little dim to our liking. Otherwise, all is good!
