Renovated kitchen, the only clean thing in the apartment

In the apartment there was mold everywhere, after about 10 minutes there, my partner had breathing problems, because he is allergic.. since the landlord couldn’t provide us with another apartment, we had to look for new accommodation late at night because I wouldn't have expected anyone to be able to rent a moldy apartment since it looked clean in the photos.. Of course, the landlord was not willing to negotiate compensation for the problems caused, which included health problems since my friend is allergic, but at least he was willing to refund the full amount for the apartment.

The cleanliness was very poor. Mold on the walls and in the bathroom. Cobwebs everywhere. Dirty carpets and curtains. The apartment was cold but there was an electric heater available. Parking is only on the street for a fee.

The apartment is very dusty, from the ceiling to every detail. It is also noticeable that the apartment is dirty, as if there was no real maintenance in cleaning. Dirty drawers, dirty corners... this is not pleasant and the dust prevented me from sleeping well. Things are falling, for example the heater is falling. The house cannot support 3 people, the power goes out and we have to raise the pin on the electrical panel several times. The washing machine is stinking, when I wash the clothes they come out smelling, because it also needs maintenance. In the bathroom the drain is overflowing, the house needs more care and attention. The house has potential to be good and the photos show this, but for me it was disappointing.

Nothing

-full of mold -we arrived in middle of night and the code for check in was wrong, after 1h of cold in front of the bulding where i cannot contact anyone, i had to "guess" the code from another key box where the correct keys were -the stairs is a joke, is more like a ladder. Be careful, you can fall very easy. Is a nightmare to go downstairs -there is only one electric heater, you have to choose what you need to heat, downstairs or upstairs -bed and pillow is uncomfortable -clean was made superficial -many things broken

Location

The bedding/ duvet and pillows were awful and not made for a comfy night sleep. There was a lot of mould in the corners of the rooms which had either been painted over or just not been cleaned/sorted.

Nicely equipped kitchen, relatively close to city attractions

There was mold everywhere in the flat, a bas smelo when you enterred the apartment, spider nets on the upoer floor, dirty window door towards the inner courtyard, not properly cleaned shower, with moldy cirners and water waste not cleaned properly.
